Q-Cab 190 CNG Back-of-Cab System​

The CNG Fuel Storage System is comprised of advanced Type 4 CNG tanks that have been thoroughly tested and validated to meet strict industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

CNG Frame-Rail-Mount Solution

Quantum’s innovative CNG frame-rail-mounted fuel system was specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of commercial vehicle applications. It can be configured as a standalone system, with one modules on each frame rail (two tanks total), or paired with the Q-Cab 190 back-of-cab module. Designed to accommodate both dual fuel and dedicated natural gas applications, Quantum’s frame-rail-mounted solution delivers a versatile and efficient approach to CNG fuel storage.

Introducing our innovative back-of-cab hydrogen fuel storage system, meticulously engineered to meet the demands of medium- and heavy-duty trucks. Its low-profile design minimizes drag resistance, supporting vehicle efficiency while maximizing payload capacity.

Crafted for both efficiency and reliability, this system includes four 330-liter, 700-bar Type 4 tanks—providing up to 80 kilograms of hydrogen storage. Its advanced configuration supports extended range and greater operational flexibility for fleet operators.

Frame-Rail Mounted Fuel System

Quantum’s state-of-the-art frame-rail mounted hydrogen storage system offers industry-leading flexibility, high capacity, and reduced weight—all in a compact, modular design. Built to OEM standards, it enables quick installation and minimal maintenance to reduce operational complexity for fleet managers.

With a total storage capacity of up to 54 kilograms of hydrogen, the system features a single 330-liter, 700-bar Type 4 tank—engineered for efficiency and performance.
