Register your Quantum products online. Download the Product Registration Form and submit the form for processing.
If it is necessary to return any product to Quantum for any reason, it is necessary to complete and submit a Return Materials Authorization Request (RMAR) form. Once we receive and review the RMAR form, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for the shipment. Any return shipments must be clearly marked with an RMA number or delivery of the package will not be accepted. It is also advisable to include a copy of the RMA in your package. No shipment will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
