If you’re a service center or an existing Quantum customer, please call our service team at (949)-930-3400 for approval and assistance prior to completing warranty repairs. Complete the Warranty Claim Form and our Warranty Specialist will review the claim for reimbursement.
To initiate a product return, you must complete and submit a Return Materials Authorization Request (RMAR) form. Once we receive and review the RMAR, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for the shipment. Any return shipments must be clearly marked with an RMA number or delivery of the package will not be accepted. It is also advisable to include a copy of the RMA in your package.
Register your Quantum products online. Download, complete, and submit the Product Registration Form for processing.
